This class is designed to prepare ballet students for pointe work by developing the strength, alignment and technique required for safe progression onto pointe. Dancers focus on strengthening the feet, ankles, legs and core while refining ballet technique, balance and control. Exercises include targeted conditioning, barre work and centre practice to support proper placement and build the foundations needed for future pointe training.
Students must also be enrolled in the Ballet class to participate in Pre-Pointe, as consistent ballet training is essential for safe and effective progression.
