Inspired by The Greatest Showman and Disney, dancers will learn choreography, storytelling and performance skills while bringing characters to life.

Acro, Hip Hop & Jazz with Miss Grace
An energetic afternoon session building confidence, coordination and new dance skills through fun choreography and movement.

What to bring:
Students will need to bring morning tea and a water bottle.

Unleash Your Inner Showgirl
Join us for a fabulous evening of Burlesque & Bubbles. This workshop is all about feeling confident, embracing your sass, and having a laugh in a supportive and welcoming space. Expect cheeky cabaret style movement, playful choreography and plenty of good vibes. No dance experience needed, just come ready to have fun.
What’s included:
Complimentary free flowing bubbles throughout the workshop.
What to wear:
Anything sparkling or glittery is encouraged. Activewear is absolutely fine too. Heels are optional.

Half Day Workshop (Ages 3–5)
9:00am – 12:00pm
Join us for a magical morning of dancing, imagination and fun at our Disney Dance Day Workshop. Little dancers will explore ballet, jazz, lyrical and hip hop through their favourite Disney inspired music.
Led by Miss Mersades, this workshop is designed to build confidence, coordination and creativity in a warm, supportive environment. Perfect for little ones who love to move, dress up and dance like their favourite characters.
What the morning will include:
• Dance games
• Mini routines and a chance to perform on stage
• Disney themed craft
• Colouring activities

Join us for a special taster class of our Gumnut Babies program launching in Term 2 at Studio Mersades. This parent and child dance class is designed to inspire creativity, imagination and connection for both parent and child.
Together you’ll explore music, movement, storytelling and playful dance activities with our little gumnut friends.
A beautiful way to move, bond and dance together while building confidence and creativity in a nurturing environment.
A flexible option for students who can’t commit to the full course. Join the Adult Cabaret class casually and enjoy the fun, confidence and style of cabaret dance at Studio Mersades. This pass is valid for one class.
Confidence Through Dance
Studio Mersades is a brand new dance school created to build confidence, community and creativity through movement. 2026 is our first year and every class has been designed for beginners so dancers can start with courage, learn at their own pace and feel supported from the moment they enter the studio.
We offer a warm, welcoming and judgement free environment where every child is celebrated for who they are. Our classes nurture individuality, build strong technique and inspire a lifelong love of dance.
Mersades has over ten years of professional teaching experience and brings passion, knowledge and energy to every class. Her extensive background in performance and school based choreography has shaped a positive, encouraging teaching style that focuses on personal growth and confidence.
Studio Mersades is not just a place to dance.

Disclaimer: Once enrolled, term fees are non refundable. If a student is unwell or unable to attend a class, the missed class cannot be credited, transferred or refunded. This policy allows us to secure class numbers and maintain staffing and studio costs. In the event of a serious injury or long term illness, families are welcome to contact Mersades directly to discuss exceptional circumstances on a case by case basis.
